Skill and nerve are the principal requirements in this amoral and cynical game in which there are neither winners nor losers - only survivors. The first objective of any player is to keep themself in the game!

Contents: Playing board, 4 sets of character pieces (comprising 6 leaders, 2 kings, 2 politicians, 1 dictator, 1 guerilla and 1 secret agent), 16 tankers, 12 pipelines, currency, incident cards and rules.
